This incredibly rare first edition of Porsche Design "Made in West Germany" by Porsche Design by Carrera 5622 in the original gold color scheme. Before they were produced in large series in Austria, Carrera Optyl produced a small batch of 5622 gold in West Germany in 1981. The stunning 5622 is the most famous and iconic Porsche Design folding sunglasses ever made. To this day, it remains a classic that cannot be ignored. A masterpiece of 1980s eyewear design by Porsche Design, manufactured and licensed by Wilhelm Anger's Carrera Optyl, which also licensed Christian Dior, Dunhill, Boeing, Christian Lacroix, Paloma Picasso and many other fashion brands at the time.
These frames are Al Pacino as Tony Montana in Scarface in 1983 and Ayrton Senna in the 1980s.
