Cazal 858

Vintage Cazal 858 253 sunglasses feature a uniquely asymmetrical frame in one of the most famous of all iconic Cari Zalloni designs as the founder of Cazal. Of course the first thing that draws your eye is the asymmetrical design of the Cazal 858, but equally striking are the clear translucent frame with multiple color lines of turquoise, fuscia, and white plus gold on the ear stems. This is not a modern reproduction but the original Cazal 858 253 made in 1987 in Passau W. Germany and the style worn by MC Hammer in the 1980s. This is one of the most iconic of all vintage Cazal sunglasses - and that's really saying something! Cazal sunglasses could be characterized as design with an attitude, an aggressive styling that encompasses unique detailing and unparalleled craftsmanship. Cazal's Zalloni was quoted as saying that "a designer eyewear line that pleases everyone is unlikely to inspire. All frames we sell are 100% authentic! We do not sell fake or retro specs!

On the inside of the frame, the inscriptions are slightly erased, otherwise the frame is in excellent vintage condition.
